Return/Exchange Policy:
At Minding My Blank, we take great pride in handcrafting each order with care to deliver top-quality merchandise and provide exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Due to the nature of items being handcrafted after each order, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event of a quality issue with your purchase, please review the following policy for returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
We accept exchanges only under the following condition:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged or the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will gladly replace the defective, damaged,or wrong item with a new one.
Initiating a Return/Exchange:
To initiate an exchange request, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send us an email at hello@mindingmyblank.com immediately upon discovering the quality issue. In your email, include the following information:
- Your order number.
- Clear photo evidence showcasing the defect or damage.

Our Assessment: Our support team will review the information provided and assess the eligibility for an exchange. If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will proceed with the replacement process.
Return/Exchange Procedure:
For defective or damaged items, there is no need to return the goods unless advised otherwise by a member of our support team. We trust our customers and will rely on the provided photo evidence for verification purposes.
Timeframe for Reporting Damaged Parcels:
All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. We kindly request that you report any damage to your order within this timeframe to ensure a prompt resolution.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
